Hi all
So I have an ongoing issue in our three bed semi detached bungalow
We rent out two rooms in our bungalow and both rooms suffer from mould problems.
One of the smaller rooms even has water droplets forming on the ceiling
It's central heated (22-23c), double glazed (oldish, non blown units), cavity insulated and large amounts of loft insulation.
But as you can see from the pictures uploaded, the two rooms have issues with mould growth above the skirting and on the ceilings.
The pictures I've attached are 3 months after a clean/repaint job was done.
Given that the rooms are rented, the doors are closed pretty much 99% of the time, so I was wondering if fitting vents to the internal doors would help?
The smaller room seems to get hit the worst, yet that one has an air brick in the upper part of the wall.
