Hi bazza
Thanx for that. Will try to get a selfcutting drainvalve or tap.
Will let you know on Tuesday how it went, whether I needed diving gear or just a towel.
Cheers FD

Hi Bazza,
No need for diving gear or a towel!
Everything went perfect. Missus well happy!
Thanks ever so much for all your help and advise. The selfcutting drainvalve did the trick! No problems at all.
Thanks again for your help. Next time I need some plumbing advise, I will contact DIY Doctor again!
Cheers FD!
