Taking a picture first is always a good idea.

You connect it the new switch the same way as your old switch (For reference: your new switch is 2 way, your old switch is 1 way)

The wire in the top on your old switch goes to the top terminal of your new switch (com)

The two red wires on the bottom of your old switch both go to the right terminal on your new switch (L1)

The other terminal is left empty (L2)

As your new switch is metal you must connect its earth terminal to earth. You can run a wire from the earth terminal to the other earths, or you can try and put the earths in the light switch earth terminal. (The first option is easier)
