i have had a new fence put up in my back garden of a semi datached house from the street my house is the left one so the fence is on the right of my back garden the old fence was falling down so i replaced it with this new one as the house next door is rented and the owner does little up keep on it the problem now being the tennants of the house who i dont talk too have started to attach plants etc to the fence which i am not happy about as i bought and paid and erected the fence my self can i have the estate agent ask them to remove the plants from the fence which i would say is mine i also want to spray the fence so this now poses a problem

In my street the scenario you describe would mean the boundary is actually next doors responsibility. Whether that applies to yours is another matter.
