I have recently had Residence R9 windows and doors fitted throughout my entire house. I have noticed a large temperature delta between the top and bottom of the windows. The delta 9degC on the larger windows. Thermal images attached.
Is this normal and expected with the design of R9 frame?
I would be grateful if someone could contact me to help me understand this.
