Hello all, complete newbie here,

Trying to source a hex nut for the screw I have uploaded as pictures and having trouble identifying a compatible size - would you use an M7 nut for this?

Hi poisoncat,
The screw you have is for direct fixing into pre-drilled holes in chipboard. These do not have a nut.
