No hot water from basin mixer tap Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

hello.
I had installed a waterfall mixer tap in my bathroom and for the first year all was working well with good pressure

depending on the lever position (left for hot and right for cold) i was able to mix the water but now positioning that lever has no effect and i am always getting cold water.

this can happen any time of day and could last from mins to hours.

is my tap faulty and do i need to replace any part in it

I am new in this forum and in my opinion the problem will be in the mixer you just open the mixer may be a hot water valve jammed and water is not passing from there. Might be you have to replace the valve.
