No Hot Water From Nearest Hot Tap to old Vaillant Boiler? All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

I have an old Vaillant combi boiler which is/was working fine. When I turn on kitchen hot tap (nearest tape to the boiler) the boiler does not fire but when I turn on the bathroom basin hot tap it fires and produces hot water. If I then turn on kitchen tap, hot water also comes out. I recently had the diverter valve diaphram replaced following similar problem. Any ideas

This sounds like you will need to check the installation of the diverter valve again as it may not be diverting correctly
