Hi i'm a first time buyer and its my first time doing this! I have an outbuilding in my garden its pretty big and has a concrete base with wooden walls and a felt roof. i want to insulate it and get electric to it also I would like some sort of flooring down but I have no idea where to start! Any tips would be great! =)
