I hope someone can offer advice ... I bought the house that had been renovated by builders, and they definitely finished in a rush and potentially painted plasterboard before it had properly dried, with really cheap paint. On the whole everything is okay, but I do have a wall that keeps bubbling. We have sanded it back, used decent emulsion, sanded it again and applied a professional primer, but it's still bubbling. There used to be a chimney behind this wall but it was removed years ago so can't think there's an issue due to that. If anyone has thoughts or recommendations I'd really appreciate it!
