Painting Louvre doors which are covered in Mahogany varnish

by Spaniel » Mon Apr 01, 2013 5:20 pm

I am trying to paint some louvre doors which are covered in mahogany varnish. I am hoping to paint them in an ivory colour! Can anyone suggest how I can achieve this? As a decorator virgin I need all the help I can get! Many thanks

Lightly rub down they doors and slats and dust off. Apply 1 coat of stain block to the doors and then 2 coats of your desired colour in what finish you require
