Painting new Artex Ask questions and find answers to many subjects relating to electrics and electrical work

Hi, new to this: recently had old stippled artex kitchen ceiling re-artexed (flat) by tradesman.

When dry, painted first thinned coat - when dry paint lifted. tradesman came back scraped off bad areas & re-artexed.

left to dry several days. rubbed down & re-painted - same problem. Help!
