We have a shabby chic dresser and cabinet. I don't think it's waxed and I'd like to paint over the shabbiness in 'normal' Farrow and Ball white paint so it's less on the shabby side. I'm not sure how I need to prepare the paint, as it's obviously distressed. I'm not getting anywhere on Google. Please can anyone help?
