Any suggestions for a good paint to use for a ceiling that has a watermark? Our bathroom leaked and left an unsightly beige mark on our living room ceiling, but no amount of painting over it will disguise it completely.

You need to paint over the water stain mark first using a stain block paint - Zinserr stain block, allow to dry and then emulsion your ceiling.
