Hello,

I have just moved house and it has a conservatory door eurolock which was just spinning. I have removed the lock but can’t unlock with an Allen key.

This is what I see from the inside

Outside

Anyone know how to get the door open?

Hi pommienzennor,
With the cylinder out of the lock, when you turn the key does the cylinder cam rotate as the key is turned.
If you can and you cannot stop the cam turning with the key you will need to investigate the lock mechanism.
If the cam does not turn with the key you need a new eurocylinder_
