Hi Guys,
I have recently stripped wallpaper from my bathroom to find a blue surface underneath. Did all the filling and sanding then started to paint and I have 2 issues.
1 - in some places the blue substance is bubbling and peeling off
2 - everywhere else the new paint doesn't seem to be making any impact on the wall.
Please help, was supposed to be a quick fix before a major refurb in a few years and at the moment the only bathroom in the house is barely usable.
