My guttering was replaced some time ago and since the replacement my adjoining neighbour has had their guttering replaced with a different profile to mine. I had no problems after my guttering was replaced but since the neighbour's replacement an awful fluttering noise is experienced when the wind is in a certain direction. Is it possible that the wrong union bracket has been used which does not cater for the different profiles therefore setting up this resonance. Any thoughts would be appreciated. :?
