Hi all - new here, just asking a couple of questions to make sure I am not over reacting to some work I have had done which I feel is below par.
Speedfit pipe has been laid very close to floor board level - so much so that the floorboards are sitting directly on the clips - surely this cannot be right?
Also, some pipes have been routed underneath some trunking and then sharply bent upwards where they go into a 90deg pushfit bend fitting at a bit of an angle. My take on this is that it is not only placing stress on the pipe/fitting, but that it also is pressing down on the plasterboard ceiling below (a ceiling board which we will be taking down and replacing shortly - at which time I think this pipe will 'spring' out due to the pressure of the bend and may then be difficult to refit the board).
Would welcoome any thoughts on this, thanks.
