I have been told not to use plastic piping for vertical hot water piping runs. Is this sound advice? If so why? I have never seen this advice in manufacturers catalogues. Thanks texteditor
Hi texteditor, My understanding is that plastic pipe should not be used local to a boiler. It is important that vertical pipe runs out of the boiler should be in copper. Regards S
