please can anyone help got combi boiler is overflowingfrom escape tube had new valve etc put in last winter also water coming out very little drips fr om some very small rubber tube on si de of boiler any help welcome also pressure up to 3.5

Pressure too high, combi fill turned off ?

If so could be a problem with plate heat-ex or expansion vessel.

Hi Sam,

The small drips from rubber tube is prolly condensate from a condensing boiler- what is the make & model.

Is the filling loop disconnected- could be passing.

And as per Htg.
