Hi All,
Can anyone give me any tips on fitting a close cupplied cistern useing a doughnut. I am having a problem keeping the doughnut in place while lowering the cistern which being porcelain is heavy

Use silcone sealant to fix the doughnut in place on the pan, leave overnight for the silcone to set then fit the cistern.
