So I'm renovating my dad's 1st floor flat in Great Yarmouth and he's not a fan of plaster.
I've removed all the old reed and plaster from the bathroom and we're now putting up frame to line room with bathroom panelling.
In replacing the stud wall between the kitchen and bathroom can we use plywood, or will this not comply with fire regulations?
We can then seal the internal brick walls and build a thin but robust frame and fix plywood boards to the inside. Putting insulation in spacing and electrics and plumbing also.
