Hi need some advice, my neighbour has just had his boiler changed to a condensing one, it’s a Worcester Greenstar 15RI. I am mid terrace and the plume is about 200mm from our boundary on his side and about 2.2m from the ground. Does this comply to building regs? Don’t want to start complaining if it conforms.
Hi; the GreenStar 15Ri has to be a minimum of 300mm from an adjacent boundary or 600mm if facing the boundary.
In all cases, the regs state that care should always be given to the pluming effect of a condensing appliance and where needed, a plume management kit should be fitted.
