Using Heavy Duty Rubble Sacks as Home Made Grout Bag

Post by Andybambi » Mon Aug 10, 2015 12:20 pm

Hello,

I need to re-point a section of wall in the next couple of days and I want to do this using a grout bag (as I've done this in the past with success). The problem is none of the DIY stores in my area stock them so I'll have to order one on line but this will take around 5 days for delivery. So, my question is, I have some heavy duty plastic rubble sacks. Could they be used to make a grout bag (i.e trimming the sack down and cutting off one of the corners)?

Many thanks
