Concrete Laying Issue for new Stable Block Base

by Jutty33 » Fri Aug 28, 2015 10:40 am

Yesterday struggled to lay 17 m3 of concrete for our new stable block. It started to go off whilst waiting for a small extra load to arrive to finish the job off. We now have a poor finish and I am unsure of which way to go about dealing with the problem. I will send a picture shortly.

Hi, I had a similar thing, but fortunately my problem was just a domestic floor & some latex self-levelling compound solved it. Don’t think this is any good for horse traffic/pee & poo.
I know you won’t want the expense, but you can get epoxy floor resurfacer that might solve it or they also do rubber matting for stables.
