Hi,
We have a balanced flue gas fire, about 10 years old.
The fan unit has broken, it keeps cutting out, and we've made enquiries, you can't get the parts any longer.
Do we have to buy a new fire and have it fitted or can we simply get the innards replaced and keep the coals, the stainless steel surround etc, which we're happy with?
Any assistance gratefully received.
