Help Identify Tap and spares possibly Artiflo London All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Can anyone tell me where I can get replacement Tap or spares for the picture, they say Artiflo London, but I can't find them anywhere.
They both turn Anti Clockwise to turn on, one drips and the other is stiff.
