Hi Are you sure it is not the the Streamline 3 you have rather than the 2.
I can provide a manual for the 3 if this is the case.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the same model
Mine is oblong shape with no ceramic pre heaters
The coal layout is my main issue

I have already seen the streamline 3 manual and it doesn't correspond with my specifications
It's clearly written on the front of the fire streamline 2 ??

You could try emailing Sirocco they are based in Poland now but try the spares arm at UNIT 1 11 WEIR STREET BLACK BURN LANCASHIRE BB22AX.
I have had no response from the Poland email.
You will need all details including GC number and serial number.

Hi there are several links on site you can now down load a copy but it would appear there are two versions of the Sirocco streamline 2. depending how many coals you have.
The 16 & 18 inch have 27 or 29 coals there is a longer on with around 37 coals.
The down load is the smaller one. No one seams to have the larger oblong version.

I would be very grateful if you could send me a copy of the manual for this fire. Just had it serviced and the gas engineer wanted to see the manual because he thinks that the fire should have a layer of vermiculite which is missing and wasn't ever supplied when it was installed (which was approx. 15 years ago), and we weren't given a manual either.

Hi, can someone please confirm if the sirocco streamline 2 16" has a ceramic plate? I have customer whos SL 2 doesn't have one and have had no luck contacting sirocco regarding this.
