Best way to Hang a Heavy 2KG Picture on a Wall? General problems, solutions, information and advice on fixing to walls of all kinds

The picture is about 2kg and doesn't have anything on the back of it to attach a hook or picture wire to. Any suggestions? I am a complete novice.

All those clips have a small hole in them if I am seeing right,if that is the case you want to use the top 3 fixings to fix from.
best way is to make a template say of the top 3 fixing clips then tape the template to the wall.The most commen picture fixings are the nail & hook type.
wall needs to be sound and you just hammer them in.If plasterboard walls then you will need dry wall fixings.
