My NEFF Oven started to blow fuse when temperature knob was turned to a selected temp. Called out NEFF Engineer at £95. After checking he said he could not find fault but he could take oven apart but this could cost me as much as £300 to £400. I declined this option.
A friend who is an electrician took look an found the problem in 20 minutes which turned out to be a faulty bottom heating element.
My question is: Am I in my right to claim back my £95. After all I paid £95 to NEFF just to be told the oven was not working which I new in the first place.
