Hi guys,
Me and my partner are about to move into a rental property which needs decorating. The bathroom especially is a bit dated.

Im after a bit of advice as to what can be done? Please take a look at the picture below to see the current bathroom state.

Our initial thoughts are to re-paint above the tiles, lay new bathroom vinyl and hide the pipework.

We wanted to replace the shower curtain with a shower screen however as the actual shower unit is not above the bath this wont be possible - or is there a way around it?

Any ideas?

you won't get a shower screen on there because of the shower hose,I don't have a shower screen or curtain at my home,surprising how little amount of water actually splash's over, you could put in a chrome pipe and get rid of that ugly stop tap and use a 15mm isolation valve
