Hi - I need to fix 2.5 m length of pigs ear hand rail up the stairs, fixing into brick then levelling off at the top for another 800mm. horizontal

Any tips please on fixing (fixing spacing etc and hints) plus how do I easily angle the two ends that join at the top so they are flush fitting.

(looking for help please - saying to the wife that I will wing it didn't go down too well)
