Hi, I recently got a plasterer in to put in a false ceiling into my conservatory , Now in the mornings when it has been frosty during the night there is water dripping in between plaster and wooden frame , i put in ceiling vents into the plastered area but this has not solved the problem, would I need to put in some kind of trickle vents into the poly carbonate roof, I am at the point of despair and not to far away from taking the false ceiling down altogether, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

a conservatory roof is not designed to take a suspended ceiling, it will continue to condensate and drip moisture, Its best to remove it.
There is a warm roof designed for conservatories if you want that option
