Creating a new Internal Doorway In Non-Load Bearing Upstairs Brick Wall

This is non load bearing upstairs brick wall. What is the best way of cutting a new door way. It will not have a door but will be finished and skimmed

If its the old lime mortar and clay brick, then use a hammer and chisel.
If its a breeze block wall, its best to use a grinder with a diamond blade.
Using a heavy hammer creates to much vibration, and can cause damage to the surrounding wall
