Hi, I'm new to the forums and just wanted some guidance on what to do with plaster I have came across. It is set beneath wallpaper, a few things I was curious about . Is it safe? (non asbestos containing or chances of?). Paintable or will it need re skimming, it also has a lot of what seem like air bubbles that have burst can these be filled?

plaster never contained asbestos, just fill in the holes and paint
