Advice Needed for Concrete Floor Over Victorian Cellar Information, help and advice on many architecture, self build and design problems and issues

We are thinking of replacing a suspended timber ground floor with an insulated concrete floor with wet underfloor heating. This seems relatively simple however there is a cellar (this was originally a coal cellar) that is currently a utility room/storage area that we’d like to keep.

How would you recommend we build the concrete ground floor/ cellar ceiling? I presume the concrete ceiling would be too heavy for the cellar brickwork wall to support as it’s original Victorian).

Are there any tried and tested techniques for doing this?

can't understand why your going for concrete floor it's not relatively simple a suspended concrete floor means beam & block which entails the party wall act and inserting beams usually longer than the available space this means taking out course of supporting brick the 'LBCs' have come down hard on this with people doing work way beyond their capabilities
with many house collapses ending up with street scenes like the 'chatty mans' smile I would have gone for metal web joists just completed drawings for terraced refurb changing what was 2x3 metre floors to 3x2.4 metre floors including loft conversion price quote for approx. £800
