3 Panel Featheredge Fence and Concrete Post not Quite Straight

by Revinkevin » Thu Jun 09, 2016 9:51 pm

Hi,

I am planning on building a 3 panel featheredge fence. 1ft gravel board. 5ft panels. On the left exists a corner post. 2 new panels and posts will leave thearly corner post on the 90 degree angle. The 3rd panel needs to be at a slight angle. On its right will be an end post. Will this slight angle be OK or will it put strain on the gravel board? How are awkward angles normally tackled?

Thanks

as long as the fence sits on the gravel board you can have any angle
you need.

Thank you but how so? The gravel board needs to slot inside the grooves on the post. Surely if there it too much angle the gravelboard won't fit, will and have too much pressure on it?
