Help How Long Should I Allow Ceiling and Walls to Dry out Following Leak

by jbolo » Thu Jun 16, 2016 12:39 pm

The upstairs flat had a leak from the toilet sealant which was ongoing for just over a week. The ceiling has a crack, there is wall sweating, bubbling of the ceiling(slightly) & a tiny bit of mould.

How long should I let this dry out before I redecorate and how long before I get someone in to takeout part of the ceiling to redo. It actually looks worse than the images.

Thanks
