Looking for some advice. My boiler is in a small outdoor shed that's leaking as the mortar? has cracked and can be lifted from the roof, as its no longer attached to the wall (or roof). See attached picture.
I was thinking of using:

to replace the mortar or is this the wrong approach?
I'm fairly handy, but have no idea what stuff is called or what to buy.
