Toilet with Siamp Storm Flush Valve leaking After Flushing Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Hello, our toilet has started trickling water into the bowl after flushing. It also sounds like it's trying to refill after flushing. The toilet uses a Siamp Storm 33A flush valve if this helps. The thing next to it which we think is called the water inlet is continuosly making a gurgling noise and water is swirling around in it. Please if anyone has any ideas we'd be very grateful!
