Laying Laminate Flooring Following Previous Cuts

by Dale1995 » Sat Nov 05, 2016 2:52 pm

Hi I have never tried laying laminate flooring before so I was thinking if I took up all of my old laminate flooring and mark each piece with a number then cut each piece of new flooring to the same as the old is there any reason why this wouldn't work all fit, all of my skirting boards are on clips from the last person which I payed to lay the floor so the skirting boards just clip off from the wall. Thanks

All, you need to do is make sure there is a 300mm minimum overlap on each board, and take your time.
The boards need to be acclimatised to the room so open all the packages 24hrs before laying them
