i am having real issues with my sander i have bought a replacement sanding pad and nut for it from Bosch's own website, but for the life of me i can't get the nut to lock in place. it will screw in no problem without the pad but when i introduce the pad into the fray it wont, its almost as if it is not long enough, infact when the pad in in situ i can push the nut all the way home and it does not reach the thread.
i feel, as i have bought genuine spare parts from Bosch that its me that is doing something wrong, but i cannot see what else i can do.
