My brother and I invested in off plan property in Bulgaria back in 2005. As a result of the 2007/8 financial crash and inept and possibly corrupt management of the development, we and all other investors in lost our money. Some investors even hold title deeds but the property lies unfinished slowly decaying. An absolute nightmare. Did anybody else suffer similar experiences?
