Floor levels

Are you going to cover both kitchen and diner with the same material?Bear in mind there will be movement between screed and boards, which may lead to the vinyl failing,at that point ,in the future. The joint should be overlapped from the boards onto the screed by at least 150mm and fixed by screws or construction adhesive. The resulting edge in the kitchen can then be smoothed off by self-levelling latex screed.
