I need to connect tumble dryer hose 110mm diameter to external wall. Problem is that external wall hole consists of a 100mm metal sleeved opening. Is there an adapter that will allow the dryer hose 110mm to connect to one side and then push fit into the metal sleeved opening.

Thinking it might be easier to get a condenser dryer?

I have seen a number of kits like this but don't think they will work for me. The house I moved into already has the hole, vent cover etc but it is only 100mm in diameter. My dryer has a 110mm hose so I am looking for something I can attach to the end of the hose that will step down to 100mm that I can simply push into the metal sleeve that spans the cavity wall opening.

This would connect the 110 hose to the smaller 100mm opening. Haven't seen anything like this despite searching.

Could consider enlarging the hole but will probably go for a condenser.

Hi,

yes I will need something like this but the link you have given is to enable a 100mm to 100mm connection. I have a 110mm flexible hose that needs to be inserted into a 100mm outlet in the wall. Obviously this is not possible so I am looking for a connector that will allow the flexible 110mm hose to be connected by a nylon tie and the other end of the connector if it is 100mm can be siliconed into the wall opening. Haven't found one yet!

I think that will go inside 100mm ducted it is for joining two 100mm duct together then I would cable tie your flexi duct to the other end.
