I have recently emulsioned the walls of my bedroom and after pulling up thedust sheet from the floor have found quite a lot of emulsion on it which has hardened. I've tried scrubbing and scraping which is working but I wondered if there is some type of fluid which would get this off easier without taking of the varnish. IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!
