Hi there, am looking at replacing some fencing in our garden - we've got a mixture of slotted and morticed fence posts. I'd like to install closeboard fencing and am working out if it can be done without replacing the slotted posts as they are set into a concrete patio slab. Would fitting a wood baton into the slotted post, then using a bracket to fix the arris/cant rail inplace, work?
