Hi I've got really noisy neighbour below me and don't want to go to all the trouble of lifting up my floorboards and carpet. Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions on a good product to stop the sounds coming up and in a little way to stop my footfall going down.

Have you had a look at SBx boards? For us, its cut down a lot of TV noise from the lounge up to the bedroom . Got mine from Soundstop.
