hi guys, i have a problem and i'm not sure what to do;
essentially i am in charge of the maintenance of 3 flats in a converted house and one of the tenants has been given notice to leave and he has decided to run his air conditioning 24/7 just to be vindictive. his utility bills are all inclusive with his rent and the electric bill has shot up over the last 2 months and we fear he's going to be here for another 2 to 3 months by the time we get him out. basically we want to shut off just his air coniditioner to his flat...
the airconditioner is a split mitsibushi investor unit 3 three indoor units running off it. is there a way of stopping just the one unit without affecting the other 2?
