Switched on Central Heating recently and found one cold radiator. Took some pressure out of the system and took radiator off. Found that when opening valves, water came from only one of them. Decided to put new radiator and valves on. But this has made no difference. All other radiators ok. Can only think there is a blockage in one of the tails to that rad. Opinions please!
